I use the double opt-in procedure for newsletter registration. This means that after you register, I will send an email to the address you provided, asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 7 days, your information will be restricted in its processing and automatically deleted after one month. Furthermore, I store your IP address and the date and time of registration and confirmation for the purpose of verifying your registration and protecting against potential misuse.

For sending my newsletter, we use a technical service provider as part of commissioned data processing in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. The company Positive Group Deutschland GmbH (rapidmail) is entrusted with the technical processing.
