Every photography project is unique—that's why I offer flexible pricing structures tailored to your exact needs. Whether you choose an hourly fee or a flat fee for a specific project, after a non-binding consultation, you'll receive a detailed quote tailored to the scope, objectives, and complexity of your project.
Especially with larger projects, I work in clearly plannable stages. This way, you always have an overview of time, budget, and progress – and together we shape the path to your goal.
Free initial consultation
In an initial, free consultation, we'll get to know each other, and I'll learn more about your photo collection and your needs. Based on this, I'll develop a concrete proposal for the next steps—including a transparent cost breakdown.

Organization of analogue photo collections
The price depends on:
- Scope and condition of your collection
- Desired services (sorting, cleaning, digitizing)
- Storage (albums, boxes, picture frames or loose)
- Existing pre-sorting

Organization of digital photo collections
Important influencing factors:
- Number and storage locations of photos (devices, cloud services)
- Removal of duplicates
- Optional: Image editing

- Optional: Online galleries for quick retrieval and sharing

Designing high-quality photo books
The decisive factors are:
- Condition of the picture collection
- Quality, format and scope of the book

An individually designed illustrated book including image organization and design can, for example, around €3,570 including 19% VAT.

Curating exhibitions
The exhibition design includes, for example:
- Selection and hanging of the works
- Organization of the vernissage (including speech, guest support)
- Press work, catalog design, sales
- Planning horizon: usually 3 to 6 months
